I hate money.

Well, actually, I hate having no money. It is so incredibly disheartening to look at upcoming expenses. I just got my car out of the shop after 3 weeks! Needless to say, it wasn't a cheap trip. I've got to pay off Christmas expenses, finish paying off some furniture expenses, pay some dues, Lord help me when it's time for taxes! I'm not sure how Daniel and I got on the subject, but we both mentioned how much $100,000 dollars would change our life. We joke about winning the lottery all the time, but just a 'measly' 100K would be so huge! So, if anyone out there has 100K lying around, look no further!

On a less depressing note, I've officially been elected VP/Pres-Elect of our Rotary club for the 2009-2010 year. I have to admit I'm a little nervous about finding the time to take on these additional responsibilities, but I'm honored none the less. My term begins in July, so wish me luck! Other big changes for 2009...I REALLY want to take violin lessons. Maybe I can trade meatballs for the lessons considering the first paragraph of this post. I am also officially becoming the Health and Money Saving Nazi this year. Daniel and I have got to get it in gear! Wow, this is gonna be a long year. I have a feeling this post will generate quite a few AMENS! from my readers. I suppose everyone is feeling the crunch!
