update from the ob

Well, no baby yet but making progress! I'm dilated 2cm, 50% effaced, and cervix is anterior. She said she can feel cervix and head down low. Got to see lots of good stuff on the sonogram! He has a head full of hair! Has chubby cheeks and was poking his lips out. He weighs about 6lbs 12 oz which is right on track! Our next appointment is tuesday, so will see how things are moving then! Daniel is still hoping for tuesday to be our due date so he'll have a cool birthday. We'll see! I'll post sonogram pics tomorrow.

We got to see lots of his face this time, but only got a pic of his profile. He kept pursing his lips and had adorable chubby little cheeks! Can't wait to see him in person shortly!


This image is from the top of his head and you can see the hair sticking out on the sides! I guess that old wives tale about having lots of heartburn means your baby will have hair is true!
